When setting up a job, you can enable and configure the AI-led interview:
  • Enable/disable the AI interview for each job
  • Define the interview agenda — topics the AI should cover
  • Set follow-up depth — how deeply the AI probes on each topic

  • Role understanding — Does the candidate understand what the job entails?
  • Skills assessment — Evaluating technical and soft skills
  • Experience discussion — Exploring relevant background
  • Expectations alignment — Salary, availability, work style
