If you can’t load Hello Recruiter:- Check your internet connection by visiting another website
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Try a different browser
- Check status.hellorecruiter.ai for any ongoing incidents
During an AI Interview
If a candidate loses internet during an interview:- The interview auto-saves progress. Candidates can rejoin using the same interview link.
- Partial interviews are preserved. If a candidate can’t complete the session, what they’ve done so far is still accessible.
- You can resend the invitation if the link has expired.
Recommended Setup
For the best experience:- Wired connection preferred over WiFi
- Minimum 5 Mbps upload and download speed
- Close other video calls and streaming applications
- Use a private/incognito window if experiencing persistent loading issues
