Platform Access Issues

If you can’t load Hello Recruiter:
  1. Check your internet connection by visiting another website
  2. Clear your browser cache and cookies
  3. Try a different browser
  4. Check status.hellorecruiter.ai for any ongoing incidents

During an AI Interview

If a candidate loses internet during an interview:
  • The interview auto-saves progress. Candidates can rejoin using the same interview link.
  • Partial interviews are preserved. If a candidate can’t complete the session, what they’ve done so far is still accessible.
  • You can resend the invitation if the link has expired.
For the best experience:
  • Wired connection preferred over WiFi
  • Minimum 5 Mbps upload and download speed
  • Close other video calls and streaming applications
  • Use a private/incognito window if experiencing persistent loading issues
