# Internet Connection Problems — AI Interview Troubleshooting

> Fix internet issues during AI interviews. Progress auto-saves on disconnect, and candidates can rejoin with the same link.

## Platform Access Issues

If you can't load Hello Recruiter:

1. Check your internet connection by visiting another website
2. Clear your browser cache and cookies
3. Try a different browser
4. Check [status.hellorecruiter.ai](https://status.hellorecruiter.ai) for any ongoing incidents

## During an AI Interview

If a candidate loses internet during an interview:

* **The interview auto-saves progress.** Candidates can rejoin using the same interview link.
* **Partial interviews are preserved.** If a candidate can't complete the session, what they've done so far is still accessible.
* **You can resend the invitation** if the link has expired.

## Recommended Setup

For the best experience:

* **Wired connection** preferred over WiFi
* **Minimum 5 Mbps** upload and download speed
* **Close other video calls** and streaming applications
* **Use a private/incognito window** if experiencing persistent loading issues
