# ZipRecruiter Integration — Post Jobs and Screen Every Applicant with AI

ZipRecruiter is a job board integration — instead of syncing with an ATS, Hello Recruiter distributes your jobs to ZipRecruiter and turns every application into a screened, AI-interviewed candidate before your team ever opens a resume.

## What You Get

* **One-click job distribution** — publish a job in Hello Recruiter and it posts to ZipRecruiter automatically, with the description formatted for the board. Updates and closures sync out on their own.
* **Sponsored posting support** — run sponsored ZipRecruiter campaigns on your distributed jobs to boost applicant volume where you need it.
* **Applications flow straight in** — every ZipRecruiter applicant lands in your Hello Recruiter pipeline automatically, resume included. No manual re-entry, no separate inbox to check.
* **AI interview on arrival** — applicants are invited to an AI interview the moment they apply, so by the time your team looks at the pipeline, candidates arrive pre-screened with scores and reports.

## Security & Data Handling

* **Encrypted at rest** — credentials and webhook secrets are encrypted before storage and never logged.
