# Glossary — Hello Recruiter Terms

> The words Hello Recruiter uses in the app, from Workflow and stage to Risk Summary and Save Changes, with where to find each one.

> **Who is this for?** Everyone on your team: **Organisation Administrator**, **Recruiter**, **Hiring Manager**, and **Hiring Team**.

These are the labels the app uses. The help pages use the same words, so you can search for any of them.

| Term | What it means | Where to find it |
| - | - | - |
| **Organization Settings** | Your organization's settings: Basic Info, Job Board Embed, Integrations, Billing, Members, Invitations, AI Knowledge Base, Form Templates, Email Templates | Left menu |
| **Job Navigation** | The menu on the left once you open a job | Inside a job |
| **Job Details** | A job's location, work mode, salary, skills, description, and benefits | Job Navigation |
| **Interview Evaluation** | Where you set the job's evaluation criteria | Job Navigation |
| **Evaluation criteria** | What the AI scores candidates on. Each has an importance (**Required**, **Recommended**, **Good-to-have**) and a number weight | Interview Evaluation |
| **Workflow** | The stages a candidate moves through, from Applicants to Hire | Job Navigation |
| **Stage group** | A section of the workflow: Applicants, Screening, Interviewing, Offer, Hire (some workflows also have Rejected). On the Candidates page, Offer and Hire share the Offer & Hire tab | Workflow |
| **Stage** | One step inside a stage group, either an **Interview Stage** or a **Transition Stage** | Workflow |
| **Sub-stage** | A stage shown as a button on the Candidates page tabs | Candidates |
| **Save Changes** | Saves a stage's settings. On an Aria stage set to Questions with no questions yet, the button reads **Generate questions** | Workflow |
| **AI interviewer** | Aria (screening), Max (technical), Nix (take-home), Whix (system design) | Stage settings |
| **Interview Guidance** | What you tell the AI interviewer to cover. **Auto**: the system generates the questions. **Guided**: the interviewer follows your own guidance. On Aria these are called Questions and Guidance | Stage settings |
| **Telephony interview** | Runs an Aria screening as a phone call | Stage settings |
| **Enable Video Insights** | Uses the candidate's camera for AI analysis | Stage settings |
| **Interview Hub** | Every interview link sent for a job and its status | Job Navigation |
| **Comparison Hub** | 2 to 4 candidates side by side | Job Navigation |
| **Job Settings** | A job's candidate emails, automation rules, and followers | Job Navigation |
| **Rejected** | Opens the list of the job's rejected candidates | Candidates toolbar |
| **Role Match** | The candidate's overall fit for the job, as a percentage | Candidate profile |
| **Risk Summary** | The candidate's risk checks and items to review | Candidate profile |
| **Interview Window** | How long an interview link stays open: 25 days for interviews, 5 days for take-home assignments | Candidate's interview page |
