# Comparison Hub — Compare Candidates Side by Side

> Put 2 to 4 candidates for the same job side by side in Hello Recruiter's Comparison Hub to compare their scores and evaluations before you decide.

> **Who is this for?** Users with the **Organisation Administrator** and **Recruiter** roles.

The **Comparison Hub** puts 2 to 4 candidates for the same job side by side, so you can compare them on the same criteria before deciding who moves forward.

## Compare Candidates

**1. Select candidates**

On the job's **Candidates** page, tick the boxes next to 2 to 4 candidates. A bar appears at the top showing how many are selected (for example **4 Selected**).

**2. Add them to Compare**

Click **⋮** in that bar and choose **Add to Compare**. You can also use **Add to Compare** from a candidate's row menu, or **Compare** in a candidate's profile.

**3. Compare now**

A message confirms how many candidates are ready, for example **4 candidates ready to compare**. Four is the most you can compare at once. Click **Compare now**.

You can also open **Comparison Hub** from the **Job Navigation** menu, type names into **Add candidates here...**, and click **Apply**.

## What the Comparison Shows

**Selected Candidates for comparison** lists who's included. The **Comparison Breakdown** puts them in columns, each headed by the candidate's score and verdict (for example **100 Strong Hire** or **74 Neutral**). Below, each row compares one thing:

| Row | What it shows |
| - | - |
| **Go / No-Go validation** | The hard knockout checks, such as **Ready to Relocate** and **Country**, with the AI's reason for each candidate: ✓ met, ? not verified, ✗ not met |
| **Requirement Match** | How many evaluation criteria each candidate meets, for example **5 / 6 met**. Expand it to see each criterion |
| **Resume** and interview rounds | The status of each round, for example **Completed**. Expand a round to see its **Overall** verdict (for example **Strong Hire**, **Hire**, or **Neutral**) and its **Score** |

Click the arrow next to a row to expand or collapse it.

> **Compare within one job.** Scores are measured against that job's [evaluation criteria](https://docs.hellorecruiter.ai/companies/jobs/evaluation-criteria.md), so they're most meaningful next to other candidates for the same role.
