# Technical Requirements for AI Interviews — Browser, Camera & Internet

> Check browser compatibility, internet speed, camera, and microphone requirements before starting your Hello Recruiter AI interview.

Make sure your setup meets these requirements before starting your interview.

## What You Need

| Requirement    | Details                                                       |
| -------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Browser**    | Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari (latest version recommended) |
| **Internet**   | Stable connection, minimum 5 Mbps                             |
| **Camera**     | Built-in or external webcam                                   |
| **Microphone** | Built-in or external mic                                      |
| **Device**     | Desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone                        |

## Quick Setup Checklist

## Troubleshooting

If you run into issues:

* **Camera/mic not detected:** Check browser permissions — click the lock icon in the address bar and allow access
* **Poor connection:** Switch to a wired connection or move closer to your WiFi router
* **Interview won't load:** Try a different browser or clear your cache
